Who we are
Based off I-45, working from the forest to the lake
76 Fence of The Woodlands works out of 1401 Lake Plaza Drive, just off I-45. From there we cover the villages of The Woodlands, the neighborhoods of Spring, the new communities along I-69 in Porter and New Caney, and around Lake Houston to Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, and Huffman.
We build new fences and gates, replace builder fences that have reached the end, and repair what storms and time knock loose. That might be a capped cedar fence for an RDRC submittal, an aluminum fence on a golf course lot, or a long run of no-climb wire on acreage.
We keep the team small so the person who quotes your job is the one who answers when you call afterward.

Before 76 Fence, Bryan spent more than twenty years leading technology teams and large projects at major corporations. Now he runs the company side: hiring and supporting the crews, setting the standards each job is built to, and making sure the communities we serve get real attention.
Byron Dean
General Manager
Byron brings more than 30 years in customer-focused sales and leadership. He's usually the one at your property, walking the line, measuring, and asking the questions that shape the quote before anything gets ordered.

What every job gets
- The rules checked first. Township standards, city permits, county floodplain, HOA guidelines: we find out which apply before you choose a fence.
- A written, itemized quote. Footage, height, material, posts, gates, and tear-out, line by line.
- 811 before every dig. No exceptions.
- Posts set for your soil. Clay, sand, roots, and wet ground each change how we set posts.
- Clean job sites. Old fencing, cut-offs, and post-hole spoil leave with the crew.
- A final walkthrough. We swing every gate with you before we call it done.
