Straight answers
Repair or replace?
Many fences around here went in with the house, and plenty of those are now 15 to 30 years old. If the posts are sound and the damage is local, a repair makes sense. When posts are failing along much of the line, patching only buys a season.
We'll look at the whole fence, show you what we see, and give you both options when both are reasonable.

Questions
Common questions
Does a repair need approval in The Woodlands?
Under the Township’s Residential Development Standards, a repair needs approval when more than 8 linear feet is replaced, redesigned, rebuilt, or relocated. Smaller fixes generally don’t.
Can you price a repair from photos?
Often, yes. Text a few photos and a short description to (713) 331-9385. Larger or unclear repairs get a site visit.
Repair or replace?
If a few posts or sections are bad and the rest is sound, repair. If posts are failing along much of the line or rot is widespread, replacement usually costs less over time. We’ll tell you which.
