HOA & community

Fences your HOA will approve

For homeowners working through architectural review, and for associations maintaining community fences.

For homeowners

Approval first, then the build

Almost every neighborhood we serve has some form of architectural review. In The Woodlands it's your village RDRC working from the Township's Residential Development Standards. In Kingwood it's your village's deed restrictions. In Spring, Atascocita, and the communities along I-69, it's the HOA's guidelines.

We confirm the current rules for your lot, design to them, and assemble the packet: a site sketch with the fence line, plus height, material, style, and stain. Building starts once you have written approval.

Questions

Common questions

Will you submit my fence to the HOA?

We prepare the site sketch, height, material, style, and stain details your HOA or RDRC asks for. In The Woodlands, applications go through the Township’s Civic Access Portal; we help you put it together.

Can you match the rest of the neighborhood?

Yes. We match community-standard picket styles, caps, and stain colors so a new fence blends in with its neighbors.

Do you bid community projects?

Yes. We bid perimeter, entry, amenity, and pool fencing for HOAs, POAs, and MUDs, with itemized pricing for board review.
