Warranty

Our 18-month workmanship warranty

What we stand behind, what falls outside it, and what to do if something looks wrong.

Close-up of gate hinge and latch hardware on a new fence

Every fence installation completed by 76 Fence of The Woodlands comes with an 18-month limited workmanship warranty, starting on the day we finish your project.

What's covered

Our installation workmanship. If a problem shows up within 18 months that traces back to how our crew built the fence, we'll repair or correct that part at no charge.

What isn't covered

  • Acts of God and natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and lightning
  • Weather damage, including high wind, heavy rain, and extreme heat or cold
  • Normal aging and wear of materials
  • Misuse, neglect, or skipped maintenance, and changes or repairs made by others
  • Soil movement, including shifting, heaving, settling, and erosion
  • Outside impacts, such as vehicles, equipment, or falling trees and limbs
  • Roots and plants growing into or over the fence

Manufacturer warranties

Lumber, metal panels, hardware, and composite boards may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those are separate from ours, and terms vary by product.

Making a claim

Call or text (713) 331-9385, describe what you're seeing, and send clear photos. We'll schedule an inspection, find the cause, and tell you whether it's covered.

A sticky gate isn't a claim. As new posts settle, a gate can drift and stop latching cleanly. That's normal for a new fence. Tell us and we'll adjust it free.

At a glance

  • 18 months from completion
  • Covers installation workmanship
  • Materials covered by their makers
  • Claims start with photos and an inspection
